Blooming Good May Offers
As the sunny spring days stretch out towards summer, we have been straying from our creative base to attend a number of April exhibitions. The big one, the London Book Fair was very sparsely populated with visitors and exhibitors this year, due to the Icelandic volcanic dust that caused havoc with the world’s airlines. However, it did give us an opportunity to meet a number of publishers who we have been trying to meet for sometime. Many of the publishers and exhibitors were glad to talk to anyone, including us by the time we arrived on Wednesday the final day!
We also attended the Education Show North in Manchester a showcase for educational resource companies and a must see show for student teachers and educational professionals.
Taking on board comments and suggestions, we returned to our base enthused with a number of new ideas some of which we will be adding to our site this month so keep watching this space!
